In the heat of summer during the month of August, we enjoyed so many wonderful events and activities that the month flew by. We warmed up with outdoor concerts and cooled down with ice cream socials. We had our fill at Olive Garden and exercised it off with Therabands. Following the CDC guidelines to keep residents safe and happy has been our top priority. We will continue to keep our seniors physically active, mentally stimulated, and socially engaged as we host parties, celebrations, exercise classes, and more. Events during August included the following:
- New-to-Us Food Tasting
- National Ice Cream Sandwich Day
- Mike Cole in Concert
- Birthday Parties and Council Meetings
- Drum Lessons to 1950s Music
- Antonio with The Brez Band in Concert
