October – Employee of the Month
Shawana serves as a CNA in Regency’s Memory Care department. She comes to us with seven years of experience, a drive to succeed, and lots of energy. Shawana describes herself as family oriented, and is the youngest of her siblings who all look up to her. She’s been married for three years and has two sons and one grandchild. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, camping, and watching movies. Shawana brings her high energy to our Regency home as she cares for the residents, and she never seems to slow down. Cleaning, caregiving, and comforting are some of her best skills. Join us in congratulating Shawana!
