Ms. Ruth has been at Regency Towers since February 2022. She grew up in Monrovia and graduated from Monrovia High in 1950. She married Fred and they were married for 72 years. Together they had one son. She worked at the Madison County Probate Judge’s Office and retired after twelve years. For hobbies, she loves fishing, camping, sports and being outdoors.
