December – Employee of the Month
Eric has been with Regency for over 8 years, serving in the Dietary Department, washing dishes, carrying food to other floors, and occasionally serving. He also works at Walmart for his second job in the maintenance department where he’s been on duty for over six years. When asked what his hobbies were, he replied, “Work!”. Eric always has a great attitude and never slows down. We are privileged to have Eric as one of our dedicated and loyal employees in the winning dietary department.
